Defining the Cyber-Physical-Social Systems (CPSS) conceptual architecture for mass events efficient transport services

CPSS (Cyber-Physical-Social Systems) is an integrated system that includes the interaction of cyber-physical elements (intelligent transport systems (ITS) elements, sensors, communication networks etc.) and social (event participant’s behavior) levels, which allows describing complex dynamic processes that are inefficient to consider separately. The usage of CPSS for mass events transport services allows deeper analysis of ITS elements complex interactions and event participants, respectively, to provide an integrated and effective approach for the event transport and logistics services. This article is a study in the field of developing a conceptual CPSS architecture in order to ensure efficient transport services for mass events.
